Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Silvo Farms, we value the trust our clients place in us and are committed to conducting all operations with integrity, fairness, and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be issued for services related to the EMI Qurbani project and details the procedures to request a refund.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Principles

Refunds are considered under specific circumstances to protect the interests of both parties while recognizing the operational costs and commitments involved in livestock management. All refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with this policy and applicable laws regulating livestock transactions in the region.

2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following situations:

2.1 Voluntary Project Termination by Client

If a client chooses to discontinue participation in the EMI Qurbani project before the scheduled delivery date of the sheep:

  • A formal termination request must be submitted in writing via email to emiqurbani@gmail.com.
  • The 50% of total funds paid, including the initial deposit and instalments, will be refunded after Eid Al Adha 2025.
  • The refunded amount will be subject to deduction of any administrative, livestock care, feeding, medical, and operational expenses already incurred by Silvo Farms in relation to the client's project.
  • No interest or additional compensation will be provided on the refunded amount
2.2 Service Non-Performance by Silvo Farms

If Silvo Farms fails to deliver the agreed services, including livestock delivery or additional services such as meat processing (if opted and paid for), due to reasons within our operational control:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued corresponding to the undelivered service component.
  • Refunds will not be applicable for delays or issues arising from client-side factors such as non-compliance with delivery instructions or failure to provide required information.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Clients will not be entitled to a refund in the following circumstances:

3.1 Missed Payments and Agreement Termination

If a client defaults on two consecutive monthly instalments, the agreement shall be considered terminated as per our Terms and Conditions:

  • The sheep assigned to the client will be reclaimed by Silvo Farms.
  • Any payments made up to the termination date will be refunded after Eid Al Adha 2025.
  • Refunds will exclude any expenses already incurred for livestock purchase, upkeep, feeding, and medical care
3.2 Cancellation After Livestock Delivery

Once livestock has been delivered to the client or to a designated delivery location, no refunds shall be entertained under any circumstance

3.3 Partial or Declined Service Usage

If a client chooses to opt out of certain services (such as meat processing) after confirming and making payment for them, no partial refunds will be provided unless Silvo Farms is unable to deliver the agreed service.

3.4 Project Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, government-imposed restrictions, or other force majeure events that prevent the fulfillment of project commitments:

  • Silvo Farms will notify clients at the earliest possible opportunity.
  • In this case, there is no refund provided for this project.

1. Submit a formal written request via email to emiqurbani@gmail.com with the following details:
